Tom Morrissey fell in love with Payson on his first visit over ten years ago, and has been living here ever since then, first part-time and is now a year-round resident. He became active in the community and decided he wanted to be a part of the town government. He can blend his considerable leadership and management skills to assist Payson in addressing the issues and opportunities.
